Kelli Geddeis – “Clients come first” that is my philosophy with 30+ years of experience in customer service, managing and owning a successful business for 10 years. Originally from Connecticut in 2003 I decided to move to the warm weather, which landed me here in Charlotte County. 2010 I found myself looking to go back to the basics – to continue a level of customer service that is desperately needed in this market and profession and have a place where both customers and other agents want to come. This precipitated the opening of and the move for the KELLI GROUP consisting of Maureen Duso and myself to OCEAN PARTNERS REAL ESTATE LLC. My goal was and remains providing you with more customer service than you expect and done with competency, professionalism yet making it a fun experience for all involved!

Maureen Duso – I’m from the North Shore of Boston, Massachusetts. In 1984 I founded New England Search, Inc. a Worcester, MA recruiting firm specializing in Professional Placements and Temporary Office Staffing. In 2000 I moved to Port Charlotte, FL. I now specialize in Single-family Homes, Condominiums, Luxury Properties, Waterfront Properties, Golf Communities, Vacation Homes, Investment Properties and Land Sales.

The sale of this property was very personal to me as it was my parents retirement home. I was there on Day 1, helping them move in and get settled back in 1975 and now with both of their passing's it was time to pack the memories away and say goodbye.
